30 Days is Up!

It's been 30 days since I've been working on Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" and I have seen results. I didn't lose 30 pounds, but I lost 10 pounds. Week 2 – Done!

Another week of Jillian's 30 Day Shred completed. Woohoo! It's a victory for me because I had the weekend off from a vacation, so Monday night was hard to start the workout again. It's been a week since I started the Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred". So much has changed in such little time. My body has toned up and everyday my muscles are becoming less sore.
