30 Days is Up!

It's been 30 days since I've been working on Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" and I have seen results. I didn't lose 30 pounds, but I lost 10 pounds. I didn't change my diet drastically, but I was conscious of what I ate.  I also haven't made it to routine 3, but I am working on it still.
