30 Days is Up!

It's been 30 days since I've been working on Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" and I have seen results. I didn't lose 30 pounds, but I lost 10 pounds. I didn't change my diet drastically, but I was conscious of what I ate.  I also haven't made it to routine 3, but I am working on it still. Week 2 – Done!

Another week of Jillian's 30 Day Shred completed. Woohoo! It's a victory for me because I had the weekend off from a vacation, so Monday night was hard to start the workout again. Why Cardio?

Unfortunately, we are surrounded by a lot of distractions: TV, video games, Facebook, and other activities that keep us from exercising daily. The rule of thumb states that everyone should be exercising an hour a day. Do you? Cardio is important, but do you keep up with it or have time to do it?
